Hi, I am Panos. I am a Registered Massage Therapist and owner of Alpha Massage Therapy and Wellness. This clinic started from a personal passion to make people feel better. This is the reason why I established a space where your well-being is the focus. Before pursuing my career as a massage therapist, I was working for many years as a Physiotherapy Assistant. My previous experience helps me to effectively create a home care plan that will maintain the results of the treatment. I use a variety of techniques, tailor based at each individual’s needs. Some of them are: deep tissue, Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, muscle energy technique, sports massage. My clientele includes: athletes of all levels, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients, overuse injuries, posture correction, pre-post orthopedic surgery patient. I have participated in several sports events as a massage therapist, such as 2019 International Gymnastics Cup, 2019 Alberta Hockey Provincials, 2020 Alberta Winter Games.
I am member of: College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC)

Specializing in Children, Youth & Young Adults (Ages 12–30)
Navigating adolescence and young adulthood can be overwhelming. Whether you’re balancing school, work, friendships, or relationships, feelings of stress, anxiety, or low self-esteem can often feel like too much to handle. You might find setting boundaries or managing emotional ups and downs particularly challenging. If this sounds like you, you are not alone — and I am here to support you.
Are you a teen or young adult who:
Feels overwhelmed juggling school, work, and social life?
Experiences anxiety, low self-esteem, or difficulty managing stress?
Finds it hard to set boundaries or navigate relationships, including breakups?
Is neurodivergent and looking for tailored support that honours your unique needs?
If this sounds like you, you’re not alone. I understand how complex this period of life can be. As a counsellor in my 20s with both academic training and lived experience, I’m passionate about supporting you in building the confidence, skills, and resilience you need to thrive.
My approach is creative and collaborative, integrating evidence-based therapies with arts-based methods tailored to your unique needs.
I utilize Play Therapy and Art Therapy to help clients express themselves in ways beyond words, especially when emotions are hard to talk about. Through Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), I teach practical skills for mindfulness, emotional regulation, and building healthy relationships. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you challenge unhelpful thoughts and live more in alignment with your values.
Drawing on principles from The Whole-Brain Child approach, I support emotional integration and healthy brain development—key during the transformative years of adolescence and young adulthood.
My experience includes working with neurodivergent youth, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I understand the unique strengths and challenges of neurodiversity and tailor my counselling strategies accordingly, helping clients thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
I hold a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Victoria and a Master’s in Counselling Psychotherapy at Yorkville University. Born and raised in Penticton, BC, I am deeply committed to supporting young people in this community as they navigate their personal challenges and realize their potential.
Additional training includes San’yas Indigenous Cultural Safety Training, Whole-Brain Child Development, ACT, CBT, and Creative Arts Therapy techniques. These diverse tools enable me to offer flexible, culturally sensitive, and innovative support.
