Hi, I am Panos. I am a Registered Massage Therapist and owner of Alpha Massage Therapy and Wellness. This clinic started from a personal passion to make people feel better. This is the reason why I established a space where your well-being is the focus. Before pursuing my career as a massage therapist, I was working for many years as a Physiotherapy Assistant. My previous experience helps me to effectively create a home care plan that will maintain the results of the treatment. I use a variety of techniques, tailor based at each individual’s needs. Some of them are: deep tissue, Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, muscle energy technique, sports massage. My clientele includes: athletes of all levels, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients, overuse injuries, posture correction, pre-post orthopedic surgery patient. i have participated in several sports events as a massage therapist, such as 2019 International Gymnastics Cup, 2019 Alberta Hockey Provincials, 2020 Alberta Winter Games.

Farshid is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) and a member of the College of Coplementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC). Farshid practiced as a medical doctor in Iran for over 10 years, and is able to effectively integrate Western and Eastern medicine in his daily practice. Farshid’s passion is to treat the root of disorders. He has successfully treated musculoskeletal pain such as neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, as well as, knee pain, often with immediate results. Through acupuncture, Farshid also treats mental and emotional related concerns such as insomnia, anxiety , depression, stress related disorders, Women’s health such as infertility, PMS and digestive related conditions, and facial acupuncture. Jimin was born and raised in Korea and is fluent in Korean. She is an enthusiastic and compassionate student therapist with a strong passion for promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage. With a background in nursing, Jimin has a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology. Her own experience with injuries allows her to deeply empathize with her patients and understand their perspectives on pain and recovery.

Jimin is currently studying at West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where she focuses on Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue techniques, pain and tension relief, and maternity massage. Her goal is to support each client with thoughtful, evidence-based care that nurtures both the body and mind.

Outside of her studies, Jimin enjoys hiking, travelling, and is always eager to explore new cities and cultures.
